the house has views to the water on
three sides, with open fields, Harpswell
Neck, and a boatyard just visible
through the trees. The two-story-high
living room windows and the roof’s
solar panels take advantage of the sun’s
heat. The triangular projection on the
second floor holds a cozy window seat.
On the north side of the house (right),
narrow horizontal glazing allows
natural light into the kitchen.
