from the harbor (left), the stonework on
the house’s foundation and terraces seems
to become one with the sea wall. The
kitchen (below, left) got a much-needed
face lift with custom cabinetry by Payne/
Bouchier. To take full advantage of views,
the front hall (below) was expanded and
the staircase rebuilt on a gentler incline,
with hidden storage tucked beneath.
