ne family to renovate their home to
include an Adirondack-inspired alfresco cook space

Come summer, jeff and vicky hadden and their three boys would head to their family camp in the Adirondacks for hiking, cookouts, and general outdoor fun. But they yearned
for a haven closer to home and began to dream of a new
space for their main residence in Weston, Massachusetts
– one featuring an auxiliary alfresco kitchen.
“When we originally bought the house,” says Vicky
Hadden, “the thing we liked the most about it was the
property, the backyard, and the connection to the woods.
We felt like we had such a special place here.”
So when it came time to renovate their average
