FOLLOW THE WATER
During a recent visit to the Water Spot
( water-spot.com) showroom in
Providence (other showrooms are
located in Framingham, Massachusetts,
and Westerly and Woonsocket, Rhode
Island), we saw several au courant
products involving one of the kitchen’s
most elemental commodities: water.

flat or
bubbly
Everpure’s Exubera
appliance provides chilled
water — either sparkling or
flat — out of one double-
handled tap installed at your
island or bar sink. Pull one
handle and you get chilled
drinking water; pull the other
handle and you get
carbonated water. The
chilling system must be
concealed in a below-sink cabinet, and
the appliance must be used with
Everpure’s filtration system and an
Exubera faucet.

three-

Rohl’s TriFlow three-lever
faucet provides
hot, cold, or
filtered water, all
from one tap.

on the
edge
Newer than the zero-radius
sink (that sharply defined
look that evokes a high
school chemistry lab), a
dime-radius sink features a
slightly (10-mm) eased angle — sharp
enough for the
style-conscious yet
sufficient to get the
drainage job done.
Julien’s Urban Edge
is a nice example.

Chocolate-brown sinks in
